Destec's GSB mounting plate includes provision for stab connectors, giving operators a way to route electrical and hydraulic circuits through the same connection point as the pipeline. This is particularly useful on installations where control lines need to reach equipment beyond the pipe connection itself, avoiding a separate subsea junction. The stab connector provision sits alongside secondary sealing and tappings for leakage monitoring, so the integrity of both the pipe and the control lines can be checked from the same location. As with the rest of the GSB range, stab connector fitted units are built to suit ROV installation and operation.
