Seal Ring Suppliers

Destec supplies metal-to-metal seal rings that are used both as original equipment in client products and as a direct replacement for existing joints that have proved troublesome in service. The seal ring design is built on Destec's own experience in high pressure, high temperature static sealing, using a modified cone ring that gives excellent leak tightness under the most severe conditions of pressure, temperature, thermal cycling and shock. Sizes currently in service range from 10mm up to 2150mm, covering everything from small instrument connections through to large diameter vessel and pipeline joints. Materials range from carbon and alloy steels through to Inconel, with a range of coatings available for lubrication depending on the installation method and the environment the seal ring will operate in. Because the all-metal seal ring is elastic in design, it reverts to its original form on dismantling and is ready for immediate reuse, with every seal ring of a given size fully interchangeable and requiring no pre-fitting before installation.
