Compact Flange Manufacturers

As manufacturer of the Desflex Compact Flange, Destec builds every flange around a patented design that includes spherical nuts on the bolting to reduce bolt stresses, together with a toe feature at the outside diameter that limits flange rotation and prevents the flange from being overstressed during assembly. Manufacturing covers both standard and swivel weld neck configurations, produced in carbon, stainless, alloy and duplex steels to suit a wide range of process and environmental conditions. Each flange is built to meet ASME VIII Div 1 and Div 2 requirements, and the range carries Type Approval along with a passed API fire test, giving operators independently verified confidence in the design before it goes into service. Sealing is handled by Destec's own D and RD range of all-metal seal rings, manufactured in-house to the same standard as the flanges themselves, so the complete connection, flange and seal, comes from a single, accountable source. Bespoke sizes and materials are manufactured on request where a project falls outside the standard flange range.
