About Us

Plastics Fabrication & Printing has been designing and manufacturing custom plastic products from our Milton Keynes base for over fifty years. What started as a plastics fabrication business has grown into a full manufacturing and print operation, trusted by customers across the UK who need durable, made-to-order solutions rather than off-the-shelf compromises.

We specialise in padded bags, dust covers, welded plastic pockets and wallets, built using a wide range of plastic materials and production methods. High-frequency and heat welding sit alongside machine stitching and embroidery, giving us the flexibility to combine welded and sewn fabrication in ways that suit the exact spec you bring us. Whether you need a standard product from our existing tooling or something built from scratch, our in-house design team works with you to get there.

Printing is just as central to what we do. We offer screen, foil, litho, transfer and full-colour digital printing, and through our sister company Milton Creative Print we've extended that into paper, card and vinyl, covering everything from letterheads and business cards to banners and clothing.

Manufacturing takes place both here in the UK and through trusted partners in the Far East, so we can flex on volume and cost without sacrificing quality control. Every product is made to be fit for purpose, hard-wearing and competitively priced.

What sets us apart is the relationship we build with customers. We're not interested in one-off transactions. Our goal is for clients to feel part of our business, working with the same people, getting straight answers, and coming back because the product does what it's supposed to do.

If you can't see exactly what you need on our website, that's fine. Call our sales office and we'll talk through it. Bespoke is what we do.
