JAN12 Investment in ERP System

During Q4 of 2011, K C Engineering invested in a new ERP system to push operational performance. The new system has been integrated into K C Engineering in just 3 months and provides a stronger backbone of information and control to run operations at K C Engineering. The new system provides much greater detail and information available to the business. This larger deployment of our ERP system, allows all users in the company to understand demand, requirements and respond much more effectively to customers. A key element to the software is a customisable dashboard for sales, operations, purchasing and production providing a quick snapshot and constand monitoring of peformance.
