London Bridge Station ThameLink Project 2nd January 2014

Hydra-Capsule have recently completed a complex grout flat jacking operation, with a jacking capability of over 1900 tonnes to permanently support the construction openings underneath the London Bridge Thameslink Station Project. Hydra-Capsule were appointed to design and manufacture transfusion grout flat jacks and "custom-built" grout bags (due to unfeasible access for normal grouting operation), to assist with structural strengthening works. The original programme of the works were approximately 3 to 3 weeks, By working hand-in-hand with the contractor. Hydra Capsule short working lead-ins, enabled products and services to commence on split shift patternes to suit the project's restraints and complete the project in half the period.
