…And Caterpillar confirm growth

Blakes delivered a specialist 60,000L transmission oil tank to Caterpillar’s main UK production facility in Peterlee over the 2014 festive holiday period. The tank, which replaces a smaller unit, has a stainless steel inner tank to ensure the quality of contents. Merkland Tank worked with Blakes on the installation and removal of the old unit. Pictured is the new tank adjacent to an existing triple compartment storage unit for various oils, also produced by Blakes and responds to expansion of production at the massive plant production facility.
