Rotary kiln

At WA we use a Nickel based flux cored wire which deposits a NiCrFe alloy that is resistant to hot cracking and corrosion. It is the best option for repairing rotary kiln applications such as tyres, supporting rollers and shells. WA are able to use our flux cored wire along with our automated equipment in order to minimise downtime WA’s Integra engineers are available at short notice for in-situ repairs
