Straightforward 'hire' is when you take on the major legal liability for ensuring that lifting operations are planned and carried out safely and a 'Contract Lift' is where we relieve you of that responsibility, provided that you have satisfied yourselves that we are competent and have a good safety record.

In a Contract Lift we will plan the lift, select the most appropriate equipment, specify the slinging and signalling arrangements, supervise the lift and take responsibility for the entire lifting operation.
