Our fully skilled & highly experienced engineers will: Supervise off-loading, unpacking, positioning & erection of the new machine as required Level press and bolt down to floor or anti vibration mounts as required Check lubrication points and ill / top up with appropriate lubricants as required Thorough check for damage & touch up paintwork as required Run & test all operations & functions of the press, checking for any signs of heat after continuous operation for one hour Complete Installation & Safety Checklist for Mechanical Press and fill in Clutch Inspection Report for insurance purposes Carry out Overall Response Time check for photoelectric light curtain, calculate minimum safe separation distance & compare to actual guard separation distance Provide training to press operators, setters & maintenance personnel with the provision of written operating procedures & press training certificates as requir
