Three-Axis Goniometer for UHV (Slimline)

This is a new extremely high vacuum (UHV) compatible goniometer which is well suited for applications which need accurate angular alignment of a target with a particle beam and detector as, for example encountered within Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy and channelling.
