The Constant Force Weld Head delivers intelligence, functionality and precision accuracy for small component micro joining. Intelligent Force Control provides an accurate and repeatable indication of the welding force displayed in grammes, newtons or pounds with user defined force limiting that prevents welds being made when the welding force is outside of the preset tolerance band.
