Tube Manipulating and Tube Bending Services

JMR Section Benders bends round, square and rectangular tube as well as profiles and special shapes, handling pretty much any combination of bends and directions a project calls for. The equipment is set up for small and medium lot sizes and finishes special materials including stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminium, special alloys and mild steel to a high standard. Maximum capacity runs up to 76mm round tube in mild steel with a 3mm wall thickness, covering bend radii from R-10mm through to R-400mm. A mandrel tube manipulator is also available for bending thinner tube to tighter radii without distortion.
