Water Rescue Robot
A water rescue robot lives or dies, in a rescue sense, on its thrust performance: the propulsive force needed to accelerate, manoeuvre and reach a victim quickly in currents or rough water. Interface's T2 Ultra Precision Shaft Style Rotary Torque Transducer is fitted inline with the thruster motor's shaft, between the motor and propeller, to capture exactly how much rotational force the motor and propeller are producing as the propeller drives. Connected through an SI-USB4 4-Channel USB Interface Module, that torque data verifies performance under different loads and water conditions, giving engineers the confidence that the thruster will provide reliable propulsion exactly when a rescue depends on it.Visit the Interface Force Measurements Ltd website for more information on Water Rescue Robot
