Satellite Deployment

Deploying a satellite from a rocket or spacecraft depends entirely on the payload's spring mechanism working exactly as designed: locked tight during launch, then releasing cleanly in space. Interface's approach uses custom LW Load Washers installed within the springs of the separation mechanism, measuring compression forces to confirm the two spacecraft sections stay properly locked down throughout launch while also verifying the springs will separate correctly once in orbit. Readings can be amplified using SGA AC/DC Powered Signal Conditioners, paired for every three LW Load Washers, with signals fed directly into the satellite's control system. This gave the customer confidence that the spacecraft would stay locked during the stresses of launch, then separate reliably to deploy the satellite exactly when needed.
