Polyethylene High Molecular [UHMW-PE1000], (HD1000)

Having the highest molecular weight of all Polyethylene, Ultra High Molecular Weight [UHMW-PE1000], (HD1000) is the most wear resistant. Particularly suited to applications such as chain guides, star wheels and wear strips etc. and can operate as low as -270ºC. By the addition of a proportion of regenerated PE 1000 we can offer a more cost effective sheet while still retaining much of its excellent wear and impact resistance. Particularly suited to linings and wear applications, where a lower cost alternative is required.
