Turnkey Components

Bruck can build turnkey components which are based on finish machined low tolerance forgings, such as complex swivel stacks suitable for the offshore oil and gas exploration. We can provide finite Element Calculations and customer assistance in the component design process , as well as feld overlay cladding of forgings and assembly of forgings (swivels) in tightest tolerance frameset, including gasket systems. We also provide functional work simulations and pressure and leakage tests, as well as the joint welding of components, and manufacturing of the corresponding welded steel construction.
