Pressure and leakage tests

Bruck can build turnkey components which are based on finish machined low tolerance forgings – such as complex swivel stacks suitable for the offshore oil and gas exploration. We can provide Pressure and leakage tests, as well as joint welding of components and manufacturing of the corresponding welded steel construction. Bruck can also undertake finite Element Calculations and customer support in the component design process as welll as weld overlay cladding of forgings and assembly of forgings (swivels) in tightest tolerance frameset, including gasket systems and functional work simulations.
