Here at Barrett Engineering Steels we have introduced D2 Tool Steel to our product portfolio. This product is a high carbon, high chromium, molybdenum, vanadium air hardening tool steel which can provide very high levels of resistance against abrasive wear because of a high volume of hard carbides in the steel's chemical composition.
