The tilted back design ensures correct positioning of the work pieces during the feeding cycle. The system incorporates a very high speed and precise rack driven pusher plate, large capacity very heavy duty rising blade saw with special roller to decelerate the incoming stock material ensuring it is in contact with the pusher plate at all times to deliver consistent accuracy. The vertical clamping is a very clever design, giving clamping force right up to the saw blade each side, and also containing the swarf with an extraction outlet. There are also 2 additional extractor connection points below the cutting table. The touch screen HMI is simple to use for programming job data and showing machine status. It is possible to have an offline programming addition to receive cutting lists compiled in CSV format and transferred by USB.Model
