Accurate Cutting Services has been a trusted name in subcontract sawing for over 55 years. What started as a small operation has grown into one of the UK's leading specialists in precision metal cutting, serving manufacturing industries that demand accuracy every time. We remain a family-owned company, and that heritage still shapes how we work today.

Our site now operates 19 heavy-duty bandsaws, including vertical and fully automatic machines capable of handling loads up to 25 tonnes. This capacity lets us process billets, bars, rings, plates, castings and forgings at speed, without sacrificing dimensional accuracy. Whether it's a small batch or a large-scale run, we have the equipment and the experience to get it right first time.

We work across some of Britain's most demanding sectors, including aerospace, automotive, energy and marine engineering. Our engineers understand the materials involved, from advanced alloys to titanium and high-strength steels, and select the right blade, feed and cutting strategy for each job. That expertise has seen us take on projects other companies couldn't, including dry-cutting work for the petrochemical and nuclear sectors, such as the Health and Safety Commission reactor-vessel project, where no other UK company could deliver.

Quality underpins everything we do. We hold EN 9100:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, giving our customers full lot traceability and confidence in every component we cut. Our mitre and angle cutting capacity runs up to 2000mm round or square, with a maximum weight limit of 25 tonnes, and we can often accommodate larger items depending on the cut required.

As of May 2025, we've refocused our business entirely on subcontract sawing, stepping back from saw machine sales, service and blade distribution. This shift allows us to concentrate on what we do best and make full use of our site's capacity to support UK manufacturers with fast turnaround and reliable service.
