Team is a local company with complete in house design, engineering and manufacturing departments capable of meeting each customer's specific vibration testing equipment requirements.
This position requires an individual with 10 years of machine shop experience with a strong background in conventional horizontal boring mills.
Qualified applicants must be capable of:
Reading and understanding job orders, blueprints, verbal and written instructions.
Operation of various size horizontal boring mills.
Set-up mills including tool selection, material holding, tool installation and adjustment.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Capable of working on large pieces and holding required tolerances.
Loading stock on and correct positioning on the machine.
Able to hold tight tolerance to .0005".
Sharpening and grinding of tooling.
Safe shop practices in material handling using overhead and jib cranes.
Capable of working in close cooperation with others in the shop
